- The stages a lead moves through, such as New → Replied → Booked → Won.
- Qualifying a lead
- Asking a few questions to check they're a real buyer: what they need, where, when and budget.
- Follow-up / nurture
- Staying in touch with leads who aren't ready yet, so they come to you when they are.
- Reactivation
- Contacting old leads and past customers with a fresh offer to win new jobs.

FAQ
Questions owners ask us.
Will AI annoy my customers or sound robotic?
It's trained on your services, pricing and tone, and it writes like a helpful person on your team. The moment a lead asks for a human or something complex comes up, it hands over to you instantly with the full conversation.
We've been burned by agencies before. Why is this different?
Most agencies report clicks and cost per lead. We report booked appointments and revenue, because we control the whole path. You own every account, so you can see everything and nothing is held hostage.
Do I have to switch CRMs?
Usually no. We build on GoHighLevel and connect to most major CRMs, calendars and field-service tools. If your current setup is holding you back, the audit will show you why.
How fast will I see results?
Speed-to-lead and missed-call text back work from day one. Dead lead revival campaigns usually produce conversations in the first week. Paid ads need a few weeks of data to optimise properly.
What does it cost?
A one-time build fee plus a monthly management fee. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google. Your exact price depends on lead volume and scope, and you'll get it in writing after the audit, with no pressure to sign.
Who is this NOT for?
Businesses with low-value one-off sales, no capacity to take more work, or no one to show up to booked appointments. If that's you, we'll say so.
